More and more devices keep improving on the current medium. New outlets are moving to keep up with these fast-acting consumers who are gobbling up these tablets and smartphones. While some may still receive text alerts, others go to news apps to get their daily fix. These devices are fast and reliable and get news quicker to you than a newspaper can. Mobile news might even have all the same facts as an article in the newspaper. People are reluctant to read long blocks of text and usually prefer things like lists or video. It’s important for news organizations to watch the way they re-purpose articles and structure their websites.
